Why do similar queries produce different results?

  • LLM-driven variation: ScoutPro uses embedded large language models (LLM) to translate your natural-language input into search filters. Even if you enter the exact same phrase twice, the AI may interpret and map keywords slightly differently, causing the total number of results to vary.

  • What to Do: After your initial search, click Save Template to lock in the generated filters. Running the saved template ensures you’re using the exact same criteria every time.

Pro Tip: Run the same query 2–3 times and compare the keyword mixes. This helps you confirm which generated filter set delivers the highest number of truly relevant results before saving your template.
